2022 Lawn Maintenance

The fourteen (14) facilities are located in the areas of Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Pawling, Beekman, and Pleasant Valley, NY as detailed in the attached Exhibit A - Scope of Service. Each site will be serviced a total of eighteen (18) times each during the contract term. DCWWA Work Sites: Birch Hill Water Plant 165 Reilly Road, LaGrangeville Chelsea Cove Sewer Plant 94 Miller Road, Hopewell Junction Dalton Farms Sewer Plant 21 Recreation Road, Poughquag Dalton Farms Water Plant 21 Recreation Road, Poughquag Greenfields Water Plant 191 Cream Street, Hyde Park Greenfields Sewer Plant 9 Windmill Road, Hyde Park Quaker Hills Water Plant 35 Quaker Hills Drive, Hyde Park Main Office Building 1 LaGrange Avenue, Poughkeepsie Rokeby Water System 53 Jefferson Road Red Hook Shore Haven Water System 11 Rocky Mountain Way, Holmes Vanderburgh Cove – North Plant Cove Road, Lot # 170441, Rhinebeck Vanderburgh Cove – South Plant Cove Road, Lot # 124283, Rhinebeck Valley Dale Water Plant 76 Forest Valley Road, Pleasant Valley Valley Dale Sewer Plant & Pump Stations- 68 Forest Valley Road, Pleasant Valley-sewer plant 268 Forest Valley Road.-upper pump station 316 Forest Valley Road.-lower pump station The contract term will begin on May 1, 2022 and end on October 31, 2022. A Mandatory Site visit is needed for three locations that are more complicated in nature so that proposers can accurately quote for those systems. All Proposers desiring to respond to this solicitation must attend either of the two sessions scheduled below and must RSVP which date you choose to attend by calling our main office at 845-486-3601. Failure to attend one of these site visits and sign the attendance roster will be basis to return any proposal to a proposer not documented in attendance. Potential proposers must provide their own transportation to these sites.
