Weber State University Bus Rapid Transit (Brt) System

Seeking a contractor (“Contractor”) to perform Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for t he Ogden - WSU BRT Project (the “Project”). The CM/GC construction contract will be a two phase contract, the first phase being pre-construction services for the project (Phase 1 – Pre-Construction Services Agreement). The second phase of the CM/GC Contract will be for construction services (Phase 2 – Construction Services) and will only be entered into after successful, open-book, negotiations, by UTA and the Contractor of the construction phase scope of services and construction lump sum price for the Project. See Part 4 of this RFP for examples of Phase 1 – Pre-Construction Services and Phase 2 – Construction Services Agreements for additional general requirements that will be enforced during the terms of these contracts.
