Description | Delivery Point United States, Colorado, Pueblo County Bid Intent Not Available Question Acceptance Deadline 08/17/2022 07:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No This contract involves lining approximately 200 manholes located on the sanitary sewer system in Pueblo West. The actual number of manholes lined may vary based upon depth, however most are 8' deep and 4' wide. Total anticipated vertical feet lined is 1,600. Manholes will be selected in one contiguous area of Pueblo West. Bypass pumping is not anticipated. The contractor will need to arrange for traffic control if necessary and acquire all necessary permits. All work is anticipated to be completed outside of roadways in Pueblo County rights-of-way. Work will be coordinated with Pueblo West Utilities and Public Works Departments. Work may proceed in multiple locations, if the Contractor chooses; however, work must be continuous without interruptions. At no time will there be more working crews than Owner-inspectors that are available. If more Contractor work crews than inspectors are necessary, Owner shall have at minimum 48 hours prior notice to allow for the necessary inspections. The Contractor will ensure that the existing customers are not without service for a period of more than six (6) hours. The Contractor is responsible for providing safe, temporary supply at the Contractor expense if six (6) hours is to be exceeded. The Contractor is responsible for a minimum of 24-hour prior notification of such customers when an interruption is to be experienced. Coordination with the District is required. The Contractor will be required to maintain a clean and orderly workspace. The Contractor will notify the District Inspector when the Contractor will and will not be on site to work. Daily Signed inspection reports will verify weather days and/or other agreed delays in matters of contract extensions. |
