Description | As of 3/24/23 The Village Board decided to discard all bids and rebid the project with a larger scope. It should be going out to bid shortly. The scope of work for the project will include the removal, disposal and replacement of curbs and sidewalks on the north side of Burd Street between Broadway and Cedar Street. The limits will be marked in the field. The total scope of work for the major items for this project includes the construction of approximately 220 SY of concrete sidewalk, 5 inch thick, 330 LF of 6" X 8" X 20" concrete vertical curb, 8 SF of embedded detectable warning surfaces for handicapped ramps, 42 SY concrete apron, 6 inch thick, two trees in new tree pits with CU structural soil and ornamental tree guards, driveway repairs, and other associated work as shown on the plans for a complete, in place project. Traffic control will be performed by Village staff.
