Description | As of November 16,2022,this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 17,2022. Shepherd's Crook Putting Green and Short Game Expansion. The Existing Putting Green at Scgc is Approximately 7,000 Sf in Size and Was Built to Usga Recommendations (1998). The Green Will Be Expanded by 16,300 Sf, Making It 23,300 Total Sf in Size and Equipped With a Fairway Collar, Practice Bunker and New Cartpath Layout. Contractor to Supply the Necessary Tools, Equipment, Labor and Materials to Construct the Putting Green and Short Game Area as Described Below for the Shepherd's Crook Location. All Bidders Must Comply With Applicable Illinois Law Requiring the Payment of Prevailing Wages to All Laborers, Workers and Mechanics, as Determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, and the Record Keeping, Submission and Inspection Requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, Including the Requirement for Submission of Certified Payroll Records. All Bidders Must Also Comply With the Illinois Statutory Requirements Regarding Labor, Including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. The Park District Encourages Women and Minority Business Firms to Submit Bids and Encourages Bidders to Utilize Minority Businesses for Supplies, Equipment and Services. Bid Packages Included: 1. Site Preparation 2. Earthwork 3. Asphalt 4. Irrigation 5. Drainage. The Park District Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, Waive Technicalities and Select a Bid That Meets the Specifications Required by the Park District. |
