Remove and properly dispose of existing carpet in all rooms. Prep floor as necessary in all rooms. Furnish and install Brand Name or equal to the following VA specifications listed below. Rooms are identified on the attached Exhibit A. Mannington Terrain II 24 x 24 modular carpet tile in color 83007 Cabinet with 4 ROPPE VCB vinyl cove base, color Burnt Umber. Mannington Oyster White #131, 12x12 tiles. Mannington Natures Paths Heritage Cherry #12107 Merlot 4 x 36 vinyl plank flooring for 8 borders with Mannington Natures Paths Heritage Cherry #121066 Natural vinyl plank flooring for the field. All colors selected and approved by VA. Section specifies carpet, edge strips, adhesives, and other items required for complete installation. Color and texture of carpet and edge strip will be brand name or equal to Mannington Terrain II 24 x 24 carpet tiles, #83007 Cabinet, Invista Antron Lumena Type 6,6 Fourhole, hollow filament nylon, with permanent stain and bleach protection, static control, and duratech soil resistant treatment and fiber modification ratio of <1.5. New 4 vinyl cove base.
