| Description | The Proposer shall provide all Initial, Annual and Bi-Annual inspections and/or tests as outlined by UFC and NFPA 72 standards and document the condition of each system. Each report shall identify the devices tested and the status of each of those device. The successful proposer shall provide 24 hours, 7 days per week monitoring services plus all management, tools, supplies, materials, equipment and trained labor necessary to inspect, service, test, and maintain fire alarm and detection systems as well as all security systems in order to insure serviceability and proper operation. Reasonable notification shall be provided to the proper personnel and occupants of work to be accomplished prior to and immediately following Proposer's performance of any required service(s). In performing under this agreement, the Proposer shall comply with governing laws, applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. |
