The Brick Township Board of Education does not take any responsibility for the receiving of any submitted/ requested information; it is entirely up to the Contractor to assure that their information is properly submitted. Specific questions regarding the project shall be addressed to the Architect. Bidders (or their subcontractors) on this project are required to be classified by the State of NJ, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) under classification #C008, #C009, #C029, #C032, #C047 and #C092 as well as other documentary requirements as set forth in the INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS found in the bid specifications. Please note that if the submitted project bid (Per Contract) is $5 Million or more, a signed PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT shall be required. The Brick Township Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all informalities in the bid. No late bids will be accepted. The Board of Education will not be responsible for late delivery by the U.S. Mail or any other carrier. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.S.A.C.
