| Description | RS Columbia has a requirement for a VTC System with hardware, installation, and training for its Conference Room to facilitate virtual training events and remote meetings. The VTC system must include inputs/outputs for video displays, VCR/DVD players/recorders, document cameras, video cameras, microphones, speakers, and LAN and TV connections. Access and control of these systems shall be located in space occupied by RS Columbia. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to propose and provide the equipment to meet the Government’s requirements for functionality and capability, not solely to provide and install the listed equipment. |
