Description | General Contractor Construction Services for a New 2019 S.f. Administration Building, a New 989 S.f. First Grade Classroom Building, Covered Site Entry Area With Entry Gates, Site Drainage Improvements, Sidewalks, Gathering Area and Site Paving. New Water Treatment Shed 80 S.F. This project consists of a New Administration Building, New First Grade Classroom Building and Related Site Work including the following: 1. The Site ofthe new project is as follows: The new Administration Building is located on the southeast section ofthe existing campus and the new Classroom Building is located on the northwest section ofthe existing campus. 2. This project is within the limits ofYavapai County and will be permitted for 2 separate buildings. 3. This new project is funded by the United States Department ofAgriculture (USDA) and Desert Star Community School. 4. Administration Building - 2009 s.f. 5. Classrooms Building - 989 s.f. 6. Total Buildings: 2,998 s.f. 7. Related Site Work, Entry Canopy and Entry Gates, Sidewalks and Fencing. 8. Also included is the project is the demolition ofthe existing aged first grade classroom building which is in the location ofthe new classroom building. 9. Tie into the existing septic system, existing electric, existing water system. 10. The new buildings are NOT fire sprinklered. 10. A fire alarm system is required and will tie into the existing system (to be by Owner). Should a Bidder find any ambiguity, inconsistency or error in the Drawings and Project Manual, or should he be in doubt as to their meaning, he shall at once notify the Architect, in writing, who will send a written addendum to all Bidders.
