Description

Construct 10,000 sq. ft. Utility Division maintenance building. Replaces 80+ year old 5,300 sq. ft. structure. Intended uses are vehicle and equipment storage and supporting administrative functions. Also being considered is a new shared use parking lot on an adjacent parcel (509 Mack Ave.) That property is owned and operated by the St. James United Methodist Church The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
