Repair of Five Tub Roofs at The Saratoga County CF

Areas #1 & # 2 – Each Roof Replacement is 130' x 8' (horizontal) + 130’ x 4’ (vertical) with six (6) scuppers (total) A. Remove the gutters at both roofs B. Install 4’ x 8’ sheets of 1.5” Poly Iso. Insulation on the vertical walls and fasten as needed. C. Install .060 EPDM on the vertical walls, 1’ onto the lower roof and 18” onto the upper roof. D. Install termination bars as needed. E. Cut the rubber approximately 12” above the roof deck (on the coping walls) and approximately 6” on the wall where the EPDM was installed. F. Remove all existing EPDM on the horizontal roofs (flat) down to the insulation. G. Remove all existing insulation and replace with 2 base layers of 3 inch. Poly Iso Insulation with a 1/4 inch per foot tapered insulation system on top and a ½ inch per foot cricket system to the scuppers. H. Fully adhere .060 EPDM Rubber Roofing System on the entire surface and run up under the EPDM on the walls. I. Flash all comers, pipes and the scuppers as needed. Area # 3 & # 4 – Each Roof Replacement 65' x 8' roof (horizontal only) with 3 (three) scuppers each. A. Cut the rubber approximately 12” above the roof deck (on the coping walls) and approximately 6” on the wall where the EPDM was installed. B. Remove all existing EPDM on the horizontal roofs (flat) down to the insulation. C. Remove all existing insulation and replace with 2 base layers of 3 inch. Poly Iso.
