Engineering Firms for Scada / Instrumentation Project Town of Gilbert, Arizona. Professional services contracts with two (2) qualified firms to provide services related to SCADA, Instrumentation, Controls, IT integration, cybersecurity, remote-system management, and related services in the context of robust utilities infrastructure. Services areas include, but are not limited to: design review, QA/QC, system design, vulnerability identification, master planning, software and/or hardware reviews and recommendations, and technical expertise consulting. The Town of Gilbert is requesting qualifications from firms to work alongside Gilbert subject matter experts, users, and Capital projects teams to develop a functional and comprehensive understanding related to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquistion (SCADA) for the Town`s utility assets, including but not limited to: water treatment facilities (current and future), water distribution systems, wastewater treatment plant, partnership wastewater treatment facility, wastewater collection system.
