Kohl Center Addition and Renovation - MEP

In general, the work consists of a new, three story plus penthouse addition over a loading dock area. The new structure will provide additional space for strength and conditioning, sports medicine, academics, and administrative functions. Renovated space in the existing facility will allow for the expansion of locker rooms, media rooms, club rooms, and kitchen spaces. The new addition will be approximately 55,500 sq. ft. and the renovation will consist of approximately 41,000 sq. ft. Project scope includes selective demolition work, the construction of new partitions and the installation of all new finishes. The Work will also include modifications to the existing sprinkler system, plumbin system, HVAC system, and electrical system.
