Grout Mix Type A

It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to provide Grout sealer Mix to the NC Department of Transportation. This mixture specified herein will primarily be used for traffic barriers and for filling subsurface voids. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the Effective Date). In addition, the State reserves the right to extend a contract term after the last active term. Submit Written Questions Vendor September 9, 2022; at 12:00p.m. E.T. Clearly mark each package with: (1) Vendor name; (2) the IFB number; and (3) the due date. Address the package(s) for delivery as shown in the table above. If Vendor is submitting more than one (1) bid, each bid shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and marked accordingly. For delivery purposes, separate sealed envelopes from a single Vendor may be included in the same outer package. Bids are subject to rejection unless submitted with the information above included on the outside of the sealed bid package.
