Description

The 29th & Speer Sanitary project will remove and replace existing storm sewer in Speer Blvd from W 29th Ave to Bryant St. Restoration shall include landscaping, concrete flatwork and asphalt paving. Non-ADA compliant accessible curb ramps will also be replaced with compliant ramps. The Louisiana Ave & S Pearl St Intersection Improvements will regrade the existing ROW section to regain the street's stormwater capacity and direct runoff to current standard and sized storm inlets. Existing inlets and portions of the existing stormdrain in system in Louisiana Ave will be removed. Sidewalks and ADA accessible curb ramps will also be reconstructed to current standards. Additonal Description: 12% MWBE PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Each bidder must be prequalified in category 1E(4) Piped Sewer at or above the $6,000,000 monetary level. Between $3,800,000.00 and $4,200,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. PRO TRACKING NO : PWWW2020-006 PROJECT MASTER NO : 2019-PROJMSTR-0000409 ACCELA REVIEW NO : 2022-CIP-0000032 The Work consists of providing various public involvement activities for the Project. Additional requirements may be included elsewhere within the Contract Documents. Public information services shall include, at minimum, the following: a) Responding to questions concerning Project activities and schedules b) Participating in, and documenting meetings held with affected individuals, residents and/or business c) Maintaining ongoing communication with residents and businesses directly impacted by construction activities and traffic control plans for the project d) Maintaining a written log which documents calls and concerns. The log shall include: the nature of the concern, response(s) provided, date of completion for any required remedial action and any necessary future follow up with a frequency.
