Description

The work to be completed under this contract consists of replacing two hydrants within the water distribution system, located south of 559 Mill Street (Route 6), and 50 Point Road. The hydrants are inoperable and considered a fire protection hazard. The Town would like to request cost estimates for all labor to replace the hydrants. The Town will provide all materials to complete replacement of the hydrants, with the exception of crushed stone for hydrant drainage, appropriate backfill material, and asphalt to restore the paved areas to previous conditions. These items will be the responsibility of the contractor to furnish and install. The Town will coordinate and pay for all police details directly.
