Lawson Creek Park Marshwalk Extension Project Phase 3

The City of New Bern is seeking qualified contractors for the City of New Bern's Lawson Creek Park Marshwalk Extension Project: Phase 3. The City of New Bern is seeking the services of qualified firms for Phase 3 of the Marshwalk Extension at Jack's Island in Lawson Creek Park. The extension will be approximately 500 linear feet by 6 linear feet, with handrails approximately 42" high. Support piles installed approximately every 8 - 10 feet on each side of the structure and driven approximately 10 feet deep. The project must comply with the specifications listed below and within the attached drawings. The City of New Bern reserves the right to reject bids. All questions regarding the content of this RFB shall be in writing via email to colonl@newbernnc.gov by September 27, 2023, by 5:00 PM local time. All questions will be answered by addendum on September 29, 2023, b by 5:00 PM local time.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
