Windhaven Road - ST2213 - City of North Richland Hills

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Richland Hills, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot. The project consists of the design and reconstruction of approximately 1,200 linear feet of Windhaven Road from Starnes Road to Overton Park. The improvements include reconstructing the existing roadway with new full-depth subgrade, and new pavement. The project will be designed with the option of providing sidewalks with the reconstruction. The road will be reconstructed within the existing right-of-way in its current configuration; this is not a roadway expansion. The project is included in the city's 2022-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
