Water Standpipe Rehabilitation

The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the cleaning, repairing, and painting of an existing 600,000 gallon water standpipe, including structural modifications, surface repairs, interior abrasive blast and coatings, and exterior abrasive blast and coating and containment. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Oakdale shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the website www.questcdn.com. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources. Bidder will perform the following Work at the indicated unit prices. Bid Form - Option "A" is for providing an early start date of August 19, 2022, a Substantial Completion Date of October 14, 2022 and a Final Completion Date of October 31, 2022. Bid Form Option "B" is for providing an early start date of April 12, 2023, a Substantial Completion Date of June 9, 2023 and a Final Completion Date of June 19, 2023.
