| Description | A. The intent of this bid is to contract for the purchase, delivery and installation of a water softener system. Any award from this bid will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. B. Supply, deliver and install a water softener system to include: • A fiberglass composite tank size of 36”x72”, labeled/stamped ASME Code Stamp rating meets ANSI-NSF 61 specifications for potable water • 42”x60” brine tank • Fleck 3900 Softener Valve with NXT2 Control, No Substitute- 3” Digital Control valve- meter regenerated 3900 Hi-Flo with NXT2 control timer • 3” Clack Meter • No hard water by-pass piston. C. Bidder is to upload Manufacturer data sheets and product literature for all specifie components of the proposed water softener system other than the Fleck 3900 Val D. Remove and dispose of existing Brunermatic water softener system. E. Load resin and assemble new water softener system complete with brine system F. Programming of system digital controllers. G. Place new installed water softener system online including start up service. |
