Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to produce 3,000 tons or 2,000 cubic yards of sanding material. Stockpile material to facilitate water runoff DESIGNATED CONTRACT DATE: WORK CANNOT BEGIN UNTIL AFTER: JULY 1, 2023 GLENDIVE YARD: 1,500 TONS OR 1,000 YARDS IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE: OCTOBER 20, 2023 THE REMAINING 1,500 TONS OR 1,000 YARDS IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED ON OR BEFORE: APRIL 12, 2024 The successful bidder may, at their own risk, perform preparatory materials work only for this contract prior to July 1, 2023. However, the Department will not accept delivery of material or make payment for any work or pay item prior to July 1, 2023.
