Lighting Conservation

As of May 3, 2022. The Purchasing Coordinator has cancelled the bid proposal due to changes in bid specifications. Lighting Conservation Questions regarding the content of or schedule for the CSP must be submitted in writing by e-mail to bids@bmtisd.com according to the CSP schedule provided in Section 2.1. BISD will issue answers to all supplier questions, as noted in that schedule. In the event that modifications or additions to the CSP become necessary, suppliers will be notified via amendment posted to the BISD Purchasing website. The district is requesting proposals for the replacement / addition of overhead and wall pack lighting to LED fixtures for conservation purposes. The proposal should provide a constant fixture and lens throughout the district It is the intent of this CSP that the responder shall provide an end-to-end solution for implementation of the Scope of Work outlines in Exhibit B. The vendor will provide all design, planning, architecture, installation, training, and implementation support for the project. District staff will act in oversight and advisory capacity. The successful respondent for this contract will be the sole authority and responsible party for this implementation. If the successful respondent utilizes subcontractors for any part of the system architecture, design, planning, installation, or support, it should understand that the successful respondent will be the sole District point of contact and responsible party for all activities
