PROJECT NUMBER: 20-011 The Subject Property currently includes two (2) inactive wastewater treatment ponds. The Board will require the services of a contractor to properly abandon/close the wastewater treatment ponds. The abandonment activities include, but not limited to, the following The abandonment/closure of the wastewater treatment ponds should be completed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations including the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GA EPD) Wastewater Treatment Facility Abandonment Guidelines dated November 1, 2008, and NOVAs Wastewater Treatment Pond Abandonment Work Plan dated November 23, 2022 approved by the GA EPD on January 13, 2023 which are attached to this RFP.
