Description Provide painting services for the exterior Sullivan Independence Hall, located at 725 Old Post Road. The awarded Contractor for this project shall be responsible for all tasks listed below for three (3) sides of the building: 1. Power Wash the exterior of the building to remove mold and mildew. 2. Approximately 7,276 Square feet of surface area. 3. Scrape and prepare the exterior surface of the building and properly dispose of residual paint. 4. Apply two (2) coats of Sherwin Williams Peel Bond Pimer, primer provided by the Town. 5. Apply two (2) coats of Sherwin Williams Duration white paint, paint provided by the Town. 6. Price shall listed as a Lump Sum and include all labor and supplies. 7. The doors shall not be painted. 8. The shutters will be removed by the Town pior to work commencing. The Town will reinstall. 9. The Town will be replacing any rotted siding pior to work commencing. Once work begins, the awarded Contractor shall notify the Town Facilities Manager if any additional rot is found. 10. The successful Contractor must be E.P.A. certified and follow all lead paint protocols. 11. The environmental report prepared by AMC Environmental is listed as an attachment for reference, however any abatement will be handled by an outside contractor.
