Description

The Town of Addison currently uses banners across Belt Line Road to inform the public of upcoming events in Addison. The banners are just east of Quorum Drive on Belt Line Road, and they are visible to eastbound and westbound traffic. The Town is interested in the possibility of replacing the banners with one or more digital street signs. In replacing the banners with digital street signs, we have the following goals: 1. We want to eliminate the labor currently involved in hanging banners across Belt Line Road. 2. We want to do so in a manner that does not distract motorists and become a traffic hazard. The Town seeks an experienced company (the Vendor) who can accomplish all of the requirements identified within this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Vendor should also have the capability to expand and to integrate with additional features and functionalities that may be identified in the future.
