| Description | This project is funded through proceeds from the voter-approved ½ Cent Sales Tax for Infrastructure Improvement Projects. This is a very high-profile project and the Contractor shall take all means necessary to ensure a successful, timely project. This project includes three (3) intersection improvements in the following locations. Bayshore Boulevard at Prima Vista Boulevard - The proposed improvements consist of constructing an additional southbound through lane, extending the existing southbound right turn-lane, closing the intersection of North Macedo Boulevard, and additional median and drainage modifications, and utility adjustments, on Bayshore Boulevard. Cashmere Boulevard and St. Lucie West Boulevard - The proposed improvements consist of constructing an additional northbound left turn-lane on Cashmere Boulevard and a new eastbound right turn-lane on St. Lucie West Boulevard. The existing shared through/right turn-lane will be converted to a through lane only. Additional improvements include a median adjustment, required utility adjustments, sidewalk replacement and drainage modifications St. Lucie West Boulevard and Peacock Boulevard - The proposed improvements consist of extending the existing westbound left turn and right turn-lanes on ST. Lucie West Boulevard. The existing southbound left turn-lane on Peacock Boulevard will also be extended. Additional improvements including removing and replacing curb and median modifications. | ||||||
