Union Street Library HVAC Upgrades

The City of Kennewick will receive sealed bids for RFB 22-010 Union Street Library HVAC Upgrades. The City of Kennewick is requesting bid proposals for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system upgrades at the Mid-Columbia Library Building located at 1620 S. Union Street, Kennewick, Washington. The project will consist of removal of existing equipment, providing and installing materials and equipment for site improvements as noted on the plan sheet(s) and specifications. This project is funded using American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The City of Kennewick is requesting bid proposals for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system upgrades at the Mid-Columbia Library Building located at 1620 S. Union Street, Kennewick, Washington. The project will consist of removal of existing equipment, providing and installing materials and equipment for site improvements as noted on the plan sheet(s) and specifications. All labor and materials shall be included on the bid form as specified and shall conform in strength, quality of workmanship and material to that which is specified. Any variance from the specifications or standards of quality must be clearly pointed out in writing by the bidder and approved by the City. The Contractor shall furnish all additional materials and equipment required for the project. Work shall include all labor, equipment, tools, mobilization, demobilization and all incidentals necessary to fully complete the work and installations as listed.
