Description

The Metro Wastewater Reclamation District (District or Metro District) intends to engage a consulting engineer (firm) to provide preliminary design, assist in contractor selection for a Construction Management At Risk (CMAR) agreement, and complete final design phase services for disinfection system improvements at the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility (RWHTF) located at 6450 York Street, Denver, CO. Based on satisfactory performance during the preliminary design and final design phases, it is anticipated the selected firm will be retained to complete services during the construction and post-construction phases. The modifications and improvements to the Peracetic Acid (PAA) Disinfection Facilities will include new tanks, pumps, piping, sampling appurtenances, site improvements, as well as all ssociated electrical and instrumentation.
