Project includes two major elements: 1) Auditorium Area Electrical Improvements - Needs include but are not limited to: replacing failing stage lighting control system and sound system; and increase capacity of electrical service to address current and future technology needs. 2) Parking Lot Rehabilitation - Needs include but are not limited to: Reconstruct the parking lot to eliminate safety hazards; reconstruct ADA ramps from parking to the building to improve accessibility; and reconstruct catch basins to address poor drainage, ponding and tripping hazards.
