FY22 Deerfield Township Loveland Park Roadway Repair and Resurfacing CDBG Project

The engineer's estimate on this project is $249,975.25. Each bid shall contain the full name of each person or company submitting the bid and be accompanied by a bid bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check in the amount equal to ten (10) percent of the bid. All contractors and sub-contractors involved with this project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Opportunity Requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governors Executive Order of 1972 and Governors Executive Order 84- 9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act for prevailing wage requirements for Federally funded projects.
