Description

Provide all supervision, materials, tools, labor, and equipment required to complete work described within these specifications and drawings. Work includes but is not limited to: removal of all existing stucco, siding, insulation, windows, doors and roof on one single family house and detached garage. Abate existing building to remove lead based paint. Provide new cabling and cable conduit as required to conceal cabling within new overhead soffit and/or siding. Install new windows, doors, insulation, trim, gutters/downspouts and fiber-cement type siding. Provide new overhang from garage to mudroom entry and new walkway between these spaces. Replace roof membrane, fascia and related accessories with new 60 mil. PVC adhered membrane roof and related accessories. Provide new four season landscaping in planter beds on East, South and West sides.
