Description

Community Action Agency is accepting bids for HVAC system replacement on (10) residential homes. For more information contact R.A. Roberson @ 405-232-0199 Ext. 1401. Community Action Agency is accepting bids for central heat and or central heat and air installation on ten (10) residential homes. Contractor may bid on one or all jobs. Bid will include all materials, labor, tools, permits, electrical hookup and other necessities to complete per specifications. Compliance with all applicable codes is required. Bids will be accepted from licensed mechanical/forced air contractors only. Bids will not be accepted :from individuals that do not possess such licenses or corporations, companies that intend to subcontract with licensed HV AC installers. In accordance with state and local laws all individuals performing any labor associated with installation/removal of a HV AC unit, duct work, cut outs, plenums etc., must be properly licensed or registered as codes require. This license must be on file with the Agency prior to any contract initiation. Subcontractor must have a current Lead Base Paint Renovation Repair License.
