Description

The non-refundable fee shall be by credit card Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover accepted) or in check form and shall be drawn payable to ROWE Professional Services Company. The Engineer's addressis ROWE Professional Services Company, 127 S. Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858 and the telephone number is (989) 772-2138. Bidding documents must be purchased from the Engineer. Bids submitted on forms obtained anywhere besides the office of ROWE Professional Services Company will not be accepted. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Instructions to Bidders Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The above-referenced project isfunded with assistance from a Michigan Department of Natural Resources Trust Fund grant, relevant state or federal requirements will apply. All successful bidders shall comply with all requirements of 1976 PA 453 (Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act) and 1976 PA 220 (Persons with Disabilities Civil Rights Act).
