Scarborough High School STEM Lab and Classroom Renovation Project

The Scarborough High School STEM Lab and Classroom Renovation Project consists of approximately 1,765 square feet of renovation. The project includes light demolition as well as light construction of partitions and doors as well as new finishes. Also included in the project are new associated mechanical, plumbing, sprinkler and electrical. The renovation work is located at the backside of the existing High School project with direct access to the exterior paved service parking area. There is no site work for this project and the only exterior work will be the placement of a rooftop air handler system and associated tie in of roof membrane to mechanical curb. The roof work is on a one-story section of the building directly above the new STEM Lab project.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
