The project includes 3 1/2” surface milling, 2” HMA surface course, 3” HMA binder course on the mainline and a 1 ½” HMA overlay on the shoulders, Class A patches, removal and replacement of guardrail, removal and replacement of raised reflective pavement markers, new delineators, and pavement striping.
