Description

The project will consist of performing various mechanical upgrades to the building, including, but not limited to, replacement of three (3) rooftop air-handling units, replacement of the cooling tower, replacement of the boiler, replacement of the pneumatic HVAC control system, and replacement of the sanitary sewer main. The successful firm will provide all necessary architectural and engineering services necessary for this work to include design, procurement, and construction administration.
