Waste Collection and Disposal Services

Project awarded to USA waste of California Inc. Cal OES is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide Waste Removal and Disposal Services. The Contractor is responsible for meeting all of the required licenses and certifications required to perform the scope of services set forth in this solicitation. This is a reposting of IFB A221009003, as additional tasks and deliverables have been added to the statement of work. The California Governor Office of Emergency Services, hereinafter referred to as Cal OES requires XXX, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, to provide waste collection and disposal services at Cal OES Headquarters, located at 3650 Schriever Avenue, Mather, CA 95655. The Contractor shall furnish all labour, equipment, permits, fees, licenses, and transportation necessary to remove normal waste products. Deadline to Submit Questions February 22, 2023 at 3:00 PM Deadline for Responses to Questions February 24, 2023 at 3:00 PM The period of performance for the Agreement shall be 05/01/2023, or upon approval, whichever is later, through 04/30/2026. A 5% preference, (not to exceed $50,000) is available to a certified SB. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise participation goal of a minimum of three percent (3%) of total contract value.
