Reconstruction of Ann Street, Cypress Avenue, Steven Avenue and Willow Terrace

Major Construction Items, units and quantities are: 10,652 L.F. Granite Curb; 18,596 S.Y. HMA Milling 3" or less; 2,328 Tons HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course This project is for the milling and resurfacing with NJDOT approved hot mix asphalt one (4) local streets, in below fair to poor condition. The project also includes but is not limited to replacement of deteriorated granite curb, concrete curb with granite curb, concrete sidewalk and concrete driveway aprons, the installation of curb ramps where required, detectable warning surfaces at all new and existing curb ramps, NJDEP cast iron curb pieces on all inlets, bicycle safe grates where required, repair of the roadway base if needed, traffic markings, and traffic striping as outlined in the enclosed cost estimates
