Newton Falls Covered Bridge Damage Repairs Bids must be made on the Bid Blank prescribed by the County and shall be filed in a sealed envelope at he time and place hereinbefore designated. Each bid shall contain the tull name and address of each oerson or company (with the names of all parties interested therein) submitting said bid and shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank, or a bid bond, in the sum ot not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that it the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into in the proper manner. The check of all unsuccessful bidders shall be retumed to them by thEUR contracting authority immediately upon awarding the contract or rejection of all bids. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance wih the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code ChaDte|l23. and Govemor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be reouired. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public lmprovements in Trumbull County, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Department ot lndustrial Relations. The attention of the bidders is directed to the requirement that each proposal must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit duly signed by the bidder. Attention is also directed to all bidders that a signed and sxecuted Declaration Regarding Material Assistance/No Assistance to a Terrorist Organization must be submitted as a part of the proposal in accordance with the Ohio Revised Code Section 2909.33 and the Ohio Division of Homeland Security. Attention is also directed to all bidders that a signed Contribution Atfidavit must be submittEURd as a part of the proposal in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 3517, etfective April, 2007, Attention is also directed to all bidders that pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Sections 307.86 and 307.87, effective September 26, 2003 The Trumbull County Commissioners reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to delete any part of the proposal herein.
