Description Construct the fiber cable paths shown on Drawing Series GSO-D-1798021, Sheets R001 to R012. The first path, designated as Segment 1 begins at a manhole in the existing ductbank on the east side off IDB LOC, follows Taxiway H and Taxiway A and ends at the new GSO ASR site. The second path, designated as Segment 2 shall start at the GSO ASR and end at the GSO RTR. Segment 3 shall start on the east side of the RT shelter, follow Taxiway J and then extend north to the GSO ATCT. The new ductbank shall consist of 2 each 4" ducts along the entire length. The duct shall be concrete encased PVC or bored High Density Polyethylene conduit (HDPE). The top of the ducts shall be installed as shown on the duct profile drawings with a minimum of 33" below grade. Contractor shall install 3 each - 1 1/4" corrugated inner ducts (the inner ducts shall be three different colors) in each 4" duct. Contractor shall also install the fiber optic cable; conduct termination or testing where indicated on the drawings. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials to install the duct, inner duct, fiber optic cable, manholes and all other appurtenances as described herein or indicated on the drawings.
