Description

City of Claremont CDBG-Administration 2 Projects The City of Claremont requests written proposals from qualified firms or individuals interested in being considered for hire by the City as Grant Administrator(s) to manage two Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Projects in Claremont. Project 1: Claremont Learning Partnership, 169 Main St - Improvements to include new roof, lead abatement around the windows, HVAC upgrades, windows, doors, etc. CDBG $717,370 Specific administrative services to include the environmental review records coordination, maintenance of records, accounting, meetings, compliance with procurement and labor regulations, reporting and other federal adherence required by the CDBG Grant Agreement. These projects are funded through a Community Development Block Grant from the Community Development Finance Authority under the provisions, and subject to the requirements, of Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended.
