CCI RCI LECI WCI General Renovations

A. Chillicothe Correctional Institution, 15802 State Route North 104 Chillicothe, OH 45601 Projects at CCI include: 1. Fire Alarm: Replace fire alarm system throughout this seventy-two (72) acre, thirty-six (36) building facility. System to be hard wired and allow for remote monitoring. All previous system components are to be removed as part of this upgrade. 2. Shower Renovation: Renovate existing showers in approximately fourteen (14) buildings. 3. Cell Door Lock and Mechanical Chase Door Replacement: Replace cell door locks and locking system on approximately three hundred (300) cell doors in five (5) buildings. In addition, provide both locking system and new detention grade doors at approximately seventy-two (72) mechanical chase. Existing doors are both swing and slide. New lock system to be electronic and conform to current facility inmate management practices. B. Ross Correctional Institution, 16149 State Route North 104 Chillicothe, OH 45601 Projects at RCI include: 1. HVAC and Water Quality Improvements: Install new 110-ton chiller, replace various boilers, and install new water softer system as required by the facility. C. Lebanon Correctional Institution, 3791 State Route 63 Lebanon, OH 45036 Projects at LECI will include: 1. Water Softener System: Provide new EPA compliant water softener system for existing two million gallons per day (2 MGD) water treatment plant. 2. Electrical System Upgrade: Replace electrical distribution panels through-out the facility. 3. Freezer Chiller Renovation: Repair or replace system components to extend expected remaining life span of freezer to beyond twenty (20) years. D. Warren Correctional Institution, 5787 Ohio 63, Lebanon, OH 45036 Projects at WCI include: 1. Exterior Door Replacement: Replace approximately thirty-six (36) exterior detention grade doors and/or door jambs. Replacement will include replacement of all door control wiring to first junction box nearest the door. 2. Electrical System Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose cause of intermittent electrical outages in at least four (4) buildings. Provide design solution to address outages
