Cabrillo Hs Gym Roof Restoration Project Bid Information Each Bidder Shall Possess a Valid B or C-39 License at the Time of Bid Submission and Be Registered With the Dir. All Work Performed for This Project Must Be Done by Properly Licensed and/or Certified Contractors/subcontractors. Summary of Work: Provide All Labor, Equipment, and Miscellaneous Materials to Install District Furnished and Purchased Modified Bitumen Roof System Over the Properly Prepared Substrate of the Cabrillo Hs Gym Roof Per Bid Plans and Specifications. Scope of Work Includes, but is Not Limited to Power Washing the Roof, Repairing Any Roof, Gutter or Flashing Damage, and Applying Roofing Material. The District Mandates That All Contractors Comply With Dir General Prevailing Rates. District Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids or to Waive Any Irregularities or Informalities in Any Bid. Section Includes: Furnishing labor, materials and equipment necessary for demolition, dismantling, cutting and alterations as indicated, specified, or required for completion of the Work. Includes items such as the following: 1. Protection of existing improvements to remain. 2. Cleaning existing improvements to remain. 3. Removing debris, waste materials, and equipment. 4. Removal of items for performance of the Work. 5. Salvageable items to be retained by the Owner. Roofing: Remove as required, including accessory components such as insulation and flashings. At penetrations through existing roofing, trim cut edges back to sound roofing with openings restricted to the minimum size necessary to receive Work. The Project consists of: Provide all labor, equipment and miscellaneous materials to install District furnished and purchased modified bitumen roof system over the properly prepared substrate of the Cabrillo HS Gym roof. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to power washing the roof, repairing any roof, gutter or flashing damage, and applying roofing material, per the bid plans and specifications
