The project site is located off Rt. 3 (Harper Road) along County Route 3/28 (Latitude: 37deg.46’30” N, Longitude 81deg.18’00” W) near Surveyor, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. These major activities include: grading and installing stone subbase for asphalt, laying base asphalt and wearing asphalt, cutting mill joints, and some recap work.
