| Description | The purpose of this document is to establish an Agency Term Contract for the purchase of installation services for standalone and countertop kiosks by the Department of Human Services (DHS). Installation services are required for the kiosks purchased by the agency for customer self-service use in the DHS office lobbies. The Department of Human Services expects to install an estimated quantity of two hundred sixty-five (265) kiosks throughout the term of the contract in DHS office lobbies statewide. The Department is therefore seeking bid proposals for the installation services for these kiosks in DHS offices statewide through a one-time fee for each location, to be compiled into a total amount for Kiosk Installation Services for iPad Kiosks – Statewide, based on the amount of kiosks to be installed in each location, according to the specifications stated in this document. Please see the below table outlining the locations and estimated volume of each type of kiosk per location. |
