Barton Street - 60th Street to 59th Terrace - Construction

The Project provides for construction of street improvements approximately 400 feet in length. This includes widening of pavement, full depth asphaltic concrete construction, curb & gutters, sidewalk, storm sewer improvements, signing, street trees, and seeding and sodding. Barton Street Improvement Project, 60th Street to 59th Terrace . The Project has a duration of 45 days to reach Substantial Completion and the Owner anticipates the Notice to Proceed will be issued on approximately September 12, 2022. Each Bidder shall provide with their Bid a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check, in an amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security will be returned to the unsuccessful Bidders as indicated in the Instructions to Bidders. Clarifications or exceptions are not allowed on the Bid. Bids received after the time and date specified for receipt of Bids will not be considered. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Contract will be awarded by the Governing Body of the Owner at the complete and sole discretion of such Governing Body. Bids must be submitted online via e-Builder's electronic bidding system. Paper bids will not be accepted. Bidders will be able to review the Bid results via e-Builder after Bids are opened and will be notified of the bid results within fourteen (14) days of the date established for receipt of Bids
