Description | To replace HVAC systems at Oakview Elementary School over the course of the summer of 2019 and summer 2020. Work Includes: 1. Replacing Thru-the-wall unit ventilators with single zone VRF systems. 2. Replacing rooftop package units. 3. Reconfiguring existing electrical system to accommodate the new HVAC system. 4. Sealing all holes associated with existing HVAC systems that are being removed. 5. Repairing the floor where damaged by existing HVAC system. 6. Repair finishes damaged by existing HVAC system. 7. Documentation and photos of all work performed provided to Project Manager and A/E at every other weekly meeting (Bi-weekly report). 8. Weekly update meeting to include Contractor's Project Manager and Head Technician on the site. 9. Clean up daily Phase 1 - Summer 2019: 1. Install new ductless split HVAC units. (Existing through wall units will be abandoned in place.) 2. Seal building envelope 3.. Demo work for rooftop units ACU-4 and 7 and HP-1, 2, 3, and 4 will be performed in Phase 1. (These rooftop units are being removed and not replaced. The roof curbs are being used for mounting some condensing units.) Phase 2 - Summer 2020: 1. Replace existing rooftop units. 2.
