| Description | Enter into contract with one or more qualified firms to perform City-Wide Elevator Maintenance Services on an “as needed basis” for all City-owned and operated elevators. Pricing shall include all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills and incidentals required to perform elevator maintenance, inspection and testing services. All services outlined in this section shall be considered covered services, unless otherwise indicated, under the resulting contract. Services outside those included in this section shall be referred to as non-covered services and shall be performed at the hourly rate provided on the RFP Pricing Form. |
