AR-Greenfield Road from Main Street to Adobe Road - CP1091 - City of Mesa

Reconstruct arterial street segments that are at the end of their life cycle and can no longer be maintained by conventional means. Concurrent work will include upgrades to any concrete ramps, driveways and sidewalks to current ADA standards. As of February 14, 2024, this project is currently in the City of Mesa's FY 2024-2028 CIP. Information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed. Construction is estimated for early 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
